MY PHONE IS FROZEN AND I CANNOT UNLOCK IT, EVEN T-MOBILE CAN'T HELP?

I have a T-Mobile Razor and I put the unlock ccode in incorrectly 3 times and now it is frozen. Even T-Mobile cannot unlock it and said I had to call Motorola (yea, I have no other phone). What a nightmare, I have no other phone and I am alone.

i think you lock the sim card, what i did was to go to the tmobile store and they asked my the last 4 social security number they went on the computer and got a code then they entered the code and unlocked the phone
