My phone isn't getting the ringtones from myxer?

It says message not found or it's expired.
I tried resizing it, it still said the same thing.
What's wrong?

...what company do you have? because i know verizon has issues with myxer, and i think sprint might...i know at&t is fine though and t-mobile might be ok
