My PSP is hanging or stuck what could be the cause?

While I was playing Naruto Legends-Akatsuki Rising, while I was on Survival Mode, it got stuck and I don't know why? is it because the data is corrupted or because of my many games? or is it because of little amount of memory left but its 300+ left.
Please Answer!!!
