My puppy won't stop whining and won't pee?

Yesterday, i got a cockapoo puppy. He's about 2 months old.
He was great yesterday, he was pooping and peeing and eating.
i even put him in his crate at night and he slept sound.


this morning he woke up whining.
he wouldn't stop whining. I ignored him till he stopped then i let him out
when he saw his bowl of water and food, he quickly went to it.
but then he wouldn't stop whining again.
i thought he needed to pee, so i took him outside.
he wouldn't stop whining and he wouldn't go pee.
i was thinking he pooped and pee yesterday in the house.
but he still would not pee or poop.
someone help me get this whining to stop

Your puppy may have a bladder infection. Look up on google, 'signs of a dog bladder infection'.
