I Have Had My Rabbit Now For Two Weeks And i Bought it At 7 Week Old So He Is Now 9 Week and two days Old, For a Week now He Has Had Diarrhea, This Started Sunday, So On Monday i Phoned a Pet Shop For Advice And they Told Me To Starve Him For 24 Hours And Give Him a Dry Weetabix, so i Did, The Next Day He Still Had It, So i Re Phoned The Pet Shop and They Advised Me To Do It Again, So i did. Then It Stopped, His Poo Was Back To Normal, so The Pet shop advised me then to give him a quarter of food in the bowl, no more, so i did and he ate the lot. the next day,, diarrhea again, so this time i didnt phone the pet shop, i starved him for 24 hours with one weetabix again and he still had it, so its coming up to another 24 hours, hes eating plenty Of Hay and drinking plenty Ov Water , && Is Keen to get out of the Cage , Hes Lively And Jumping up and down, its coming up to the end of his 24 hours, and im worried hes not getting the nutrients etc in his food that he needs (as i daren't give him food because i feel hes going to keep going through the diarrhea phase. please help i dont know what to do with him.
