My Right Ball Hurts.?

Well its been hurting for quiet sometime now and recenlty its been bothering me. Its a little big and hurts only when i touch it. Anyone know what this is or what i should do.
 
Testical pain

I dont now what it could be but i think i have same of w.e you have my right ball hurts like strange feeling no lumps hurts to touch a little and like even when im sat down it hurts and im to scared to go to a doctor because me mum will wanna now and i dont wanna say i have a painfull ball im getting a little scared because my left is starting up aswell is this not a normal proses for a tenage boy because it just came on i a virgin no trace of testical cancer in the family just very painful and keep in mind i do have large balls could that be the problem???????

Only one thing to try...

Seriously, if you haven't ejaculated for a while, start taking care of this and see if the pain goes away. If the pain doesn't go away see a doctor quickly. Losing one nut, is better than two.
