ive tried updating itunes
i made sure that they were all m4r format
they are all 30 seconds and shorter
the sync all ringtones button is selected
ive tried unplugging my ip4 and re-synching
ive tried adding the ringtones to the music library
i dont want to restore my phone but if i have to....
ive made all of my ringtones from the same website i have 12 in total but only 8 will sync
what should/can i do
