my roborovski hamsters have been fighting, what to do now?

ok ive had my 2 roborovski hamsters for 4-5 months and i got them as a pair from birth at 12 weeks from pets at home, i got told they were both girls, but i found out recently one is a boy and one is a girl :/. they dont have any health problems and are really healthy with glossy fur and bright black eyes.. but just 10 minutes ago i just witnessed the male bossing the female (Misha)about i have been hearing Misha screeching last night too, but when i looked in the cage, everything seemed normal so i thought it was just a squabble over the food or something. but just 10 minutes ago, he was trying to mate with her, and she clearly didnt want to, so she was on her back screaming and hissing at him:'(, i checked misha she had a bit of redness on her cheek and nose, and when i picked her up, she started screaming and biting me really hard. she used to be quite tame, but now she runs away from me and bites cos of what the male did to her! so ive seperated them and she is in a big plastic box with towels, fluffy bedding, water, food and housing, will she be ok? should i sell my male? what will i do next?
