My Samsung Finesse won't recognize contact names?

I just purchased a Samsung Finesse through Straight Talk. It's a great deal, great phone, and get monthly plan. However, the only the problem I am having is that when some one calls me that is saved in my contacts it just shows their number and NOT there name, so I have no idea who is calling. Can some one please help me change that? You can respond here or email me at [email protected]

Don't know if you know yet, but you have to program the numbers in your contact list with the area code first.
