My Samsung Instinct? Please Help?

So, I love my new Samsung Instinct, but I have a few questions.
1) Can I use songs I transferred from my computer to my phone as ringtones?
2) I don't have the Visual Voicemail application I see in all the reviews. Why is this? My entire front screen has a different layout (in regards to icon placement/existence) from all of the photos I saw in the reviews. Why?
3) Can I download free games and stuff for it like with an iPhone?

That's all the stuff, essentially, I was wondering :) Help would be greatly appreciated!

there are some points u hv 2 undrsnt:
1.companies advertise their product giving extra look to their product n writes dat the feature may vary without any prior notice(u can check it on ur guide-line book)
2.video voice mail is service wich requires 3g, do u hv? if yes then ask ur service provider.
3.samsung mobiles use jar n jad games or applications, u can download 4m here:-

but remember u hv to install the gamz or aap. by pc-suit otherwise it ll not work. if still problem mail me;[email protected]
