I bought this phone from Verizon a while ago and it has been a real piece of crap, but this takes the cake. I was just sitting on my couch, texting someone, and the screen went all white and then shut off. I thought it was weird, but the phone had shut itself off before and so I took out the battery, put it back in and tried to turn it on nothing happened. I plugged it into the charger, and the screen lit up white again and then shut back off. I had my girlfriend call, and while my phone did nothing, she said the ring-back still worked and it went to voicemail. The same thing happened even with the battery off. I tried putting a friend's battery in and nothing happened, so the problem is with the phone, not the battery. Any Verizon/Samsung/tech people know of anything I can do? Any and all help would be appreciated.
