My sister quit karate because of low self esteem?

My sister is 11 years old and she just recently joined karate. One day I came to watch her and since I'm such a perfectionist, I told her that she was terrible and it looks like she wasn't even trying! I said that in the first place in hope that she'll prove me wrong, but when I talked to her today she said she did not feel like doing karate ever again because I told her that and she was crying. I feel so terrible and I hate myself.

Any advice???

Tell her you were just jealous and being mean, and that you are truly sorry, and mean it.
Tell her you thought she was doing really well and you were proud of her and that if she wants some support you are there for her.
Tell her that you were also trying to use reverse psychology, and you had no right to do that.
Let her know you are sorry, and you hope she kicks your arse some day.

And if you don't mean it, then don't say it.
That is one of the best things she could do for herself, and maybe you should join her, so you don't act so hateful.
She would do well if you would encourage her. Sisters can be cool and very supportive, for a life time.
Be the same for her. A life long friend.
