my sister's (13 and 18) won't stop arguing with me, help?

Everytime I make an opinion on something or I say there wrong about something one of are parents have told us. They start to argue our start a fight. I can't FREAKIN take it anymore, I'm at the point where I want to move in with my best friend. and all this is because THEY get ME in trouble for nothing I'v done
this just started this year I don't know why but I think its the tention of three teens in one house
