I meed help for my sons cell phone. It is a lg rumor. The screen burst, so i have no display, the back light barely worked before the burst, and now the phone turns on: While It IS ON. The turning on part renders the phone useless because it can never call anyone. Is there anything i can do. Radio Shack Will not refund it because of the screen crack, which was caused by my son sitting down in class and a pen barely putting preasure on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
