My sony ericsson experia wont turn on i havent droped it or anything!!! .....
and i have already tried to charge it but nothing is working !!
please help <3
 
Is it still under warranty? you dont need insurance because you didnt do anything to it, insurance is for if you drop it in water or break it in any other way like that, so you probally can get a refund. how long have you had it? :) goodluck!
 
Take the battery out, put it in the freezer. After an hour or so take it out, put it back in your phone and charge your phone. Switch your phone on.
