My Sony Ericsson Phone has turned into a brick, help!?

I was looking down the game section of my Sony Ericsson W850. I saw an application that said 'Execution' I thought to myself, when did I get this?

So I opened it & my phone shut off, now I can't switch it back on and it wont respond to the charger when I insert it.

you bought the phone from
or take it the store
you bought it from

tell the phone company that it doesn't work, then make them give you a new one or you will sue
