My Sony Ericsson W760a Deleted Everything, and wont let me save anything?

So, I was on the phone tonight and my phone randomly turned off and turned back on again. When it turned back on, I had no contacts, no pictures, no messages. And when I try to add new contacts it says 'cannot add more contacts' and when i try to take a picture it just doesn't save and when I try to write a new text message, it wont open. I tried resetting the phone, turning it off and back on, taking out the battery, everything. Any suggestions?
