I've had my phone a year now. And a few days ago maybe on Monday they started to play up. One side was normal and the other was very low. I could hardly hear anything. I know its my phone because I bought some earphones, the ones I bought before. And they were the same. I don't know what to do, my phone has crashed several times and deleted my contacts. My K800 never did any of this. Help!

if u push your earphone jack left, right or up and down both sides will work perfect as i have the same problem theres a problem with the socket itself, I've looked on the net for spare sockets but it seems its the only part they don't make for spares the only option it to get it sent to sony and get it repaired as even repair shops can't get the part, hope this helps
