Hi, i purchased a Sony S312 in october last year. it has a normal small type headset. i use it for listening to music. the problem is that the headset is now not working properly as the right side ear piece has considerably less sound than before and the left one is normal. my question is, should i show this to the maintenance centre? are they likely to replace it? I have not misused it or exposed to water etc. i used it in moderation and only at home.
