My system affected new folder virus. all antiviurs failed to kill the above virus.?

I also tried manuval remove method. buy all way are disabled. Further my system did not run in Safe mode. Pl. anybody help

Use the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, and kick this thing to the curb!

If you could give the specific name we could try and help better, but if you haven't I suggest you try grabbing the free version of AVG and trying it possibly in safe mode, or a program I think is called Malware Bytes.
Edit: Oh, you did give the name, just not in the standard form of most, but I would still try the programs I mentioned.
