My Telus account suspended...?

Hi,
After two weeks I contracted with Telus, my cell was suspended by Fraud Department of Telus. This Dept. has no names, no numbers, nothing. When I contacted 611, they advised that my account are suspended, can't do anything, I have to give another number and somebody (?) from Fraud Dept. will contact me in 5-6 business they. Vow... 5-6 business day???!!!!! Until be patience, no cell phone, no chance to talk to anybody, not even secret guys from Fraud Dept. Nothing happened, since 5 days...
What can I do? I bought iPhone4, 3 years contract, can't use. No info, no advisements, nothing about issue, and I don't have cell phone usable..
Please let me know if you have any idea what should I do???

Telus also SCREWED ME OVER!!!

I too signed up for a 3 year contract, then two weeks later the secret police--I mean the fraud department cut service! I had not even recieved my first bill!

The operator told me that because they were unable to contact me to welcome me to the Telus family, my service was to be suspended! They did not even try to call me on the cell phone I just got from them!

Now I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the fraud department---GOOD LUCK!

They tiol me I had to use a Telus store fax machine to fax in my proof of ID, but the first store I went to had no fax, the second had only red ink, WHICH WAS REJECTED BECAUSE IT WAS FAXED IN RED INK!!! The third store again did not have a fax machine, the fifth was a kiosk at Pacific Center, they had a fax machine, but it was on the floor, under a counter, and the girl was young, and ended up making a fax that was too small. I need to note that that girl, although she was unable to help me, was incredibly helpful, and she tried, god bless her.

Telus has a fraud department that is a little too quick to cancel service, but the worst part is not being able to contact the fraud department. So were left with the automated service that sends us in circles, AND SEEMS TO TRY THEIR BEST TO BE UNHELPFUL. ALL THE EFFORT PUT INTO NOT HELPING, AND MAKING THINGS DIFFICULT, COULD BE BETTER SERVED WITH TRYING TO HELP US, WITH HALF THE ENERGY.
 
they deemed you to be fraudulent and your contract, which you agreed to, states that they can cut your service as they see fit. end of story!
