my therd email on this computor is [email protected] cant bring up my inbox?

When I put my COMPUTER on stand by and bring it on line, it says one program running and I have 3 in box messages at [email protected] address was put on desktop so that all my mother has to do is double Click in order for her to receive emails sin this is the 3rd email address on this COMPUTER for her. when clicking the icon on desktop microsoft works comes up but cant retrieve email
