my tmobile mda is dispalying "invalid or missing sim card". can this be fixed?

I have a tmobile mda and one morning it displayed "invalid or missing sim" and cannot get past it. The phone is accessible as far as the main menu, etc. I have done a soft reset and hard reset on the phone but still is displaying the message. I have also cleared the contacts and used multiple sim cards to test the phone with (activated and not activated sims).
 
idk no if this well help much but once i was switching sims with sum 1 and after we switched bak then the fone said sim missing so wat we did wat take the battery out and the sim too and then 5-10min later we put it bak and it worked, inshallah it will work
