HAHAHA. it's an honest mistake, but still a funny situation. I don't know if it is necessary to call a plumber yet. It sounds gross, but if you let it sit for a while (maybe overnight) it will flush more easily. But I have never had an experience with a fish clogging the toilet, so my answer may not be the best.
