My Toyota 2009 Corolla XLE veers to left and right?

It's a strange problem: It's only on my car and not others of the same model. The Toyota Place says it's a common complaint of the new type of steering. But I am not sure and have had it in the shop 4 times.
 
Did you know when you go different directions the road is sloaped to get watter off?
