my traction control light stay blinking all the time on my 2000 lincoln ls V8?

I have a 2000 Lincoln Ls V8 all the time that i drive my traction control light keeps on blinking i dont know what it could be.I dont know if its something with the suspension or with the wheel bearing since the ABS and the traction control are together in the wheel bearing.NEED SOME HELP
