my truck is having electrical problems and now my deck wont turn on?

my Toyota 4 Runner 93 is having some electrical problems. the center dome light wont turn on and the clock wont show time along with my deck not working. ... i really dont know what to do im not to experienced with cars or electrical issues... ive taken everything apart my whole center consel is taken apart because i was looking for anything to be unplugged.. my fuses are good and everything appears to be plugged in.. i dont know what to do SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!!
