Assuming your truck was damaged by a hit and run vehicle with dealer plates, you can seek compensation from that dealer
Assuming your truck is carrying dealer plates and damaged by others, you may need a letter of authorisation from your dealer that you were authorised by them to drive that vehicle at that moment (less you be driving unauthorised/without motor insurance)
No you have nothing to help you. Did file a police report? If you research wait until someone is caught for a hit and run. Then get a lawyer otherwise you will be hit with hidden legal fees. This is what you pay insurance for sorry but its the truth.
