They have had a busy life with burning CD's , well one of then has, the other not nearly so much. Is a short term solution to just buy an external drive that plugs into a USB socket ??
Could it be that the heads just need cleaning as both drives "try" and load the dvds that Im trying to play and one of the drives plays CD's without any problem. Thanks for all answers.
