I pump I am only getting 3oz? I have thrush, both me and my ds are being treated by the dr. My ds has nursed fine until about two weeks ago. At first I thought he was going thru a growth spurt and frustrated b/c he wanted more milk. But now he seems to scream more when let down happens. I have a strong let down that I'm sure squirts him in the back of the throat. If I express it then offer him the breast he still screams (acts like he is starving). He frantically roots for the breast. I don't know what to do. This is my third child and I didn't have this problem with any of the others. I have tried laying down on my back to help with gravity but this only seemed to frustrate him more. And I still squirted him in the eye. Please help.
