SIM ERROR help? So we recently got Verizon Mobile Broadband when we disconnected our dial up connection the Broadband quit working and it comes up SIM ERROR verizon has been very little help at solving this problem. I think it might be computer settings but I don't know where to look.
We returned the device twice and recieved the same error so I'm certain its my computer. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the VZ access manager on my computer and still no success.
And yes the internet connection chord is dissconneted from the wall and the back of the computer.
I am at a loss at what to do can anyone offer any help on this matter?
