ok so i have a razor and i cannot recieve pictire and video messages this thing comes up and it says UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD PIX-FLIX MESSAGE. I also cant go and buy games or ringtones this thing comes up and it says UNABLE TO RETRIEVE CATOLOG TRY AGAIN LATER (18). THANK YOU
