My verizon VX 5200 froze and now will not turn on. How can I get it to turn on?
I was in the process of sending a message and the screen just froze. I waited for a long time and eventually took out the battery. Whenever I've tried to turn the phone back on, the red flash appears and it does not get past the Verizon Wireless screen that appears once you first turn on the phone. I tried to turn it on again much later, and it did this time get past that screen, it showed the greeting and got rid of the red flash, and went back to the final Verizon Wireless screen. Every time I get to this screen, the phone just goes blank for one second and then just goes back to the first Verizon Wireless screen with the red flash. I want to turn my phone on but I do not know how. How can I do it?
