I have a Linksy's wireless - G 2.4 GHz broadband Router and the first time I used it it was fine the lights where not flashing but than the next day they where. I dont know why if it is supposed to do this or not. Please someone help.
This is absolutely fine for a linksys router... I work for an ISP and this is just fine..
reason : The WLAN flashes only when there is data being trfd wirelessly eg : when u browse/download...
The Internet light shouldnt ideally flash but if it does chk for connectivity if connected ignore or else follow these steps turn the router and the isp modem off for bout 30 secs turn the modem on first and then the router on..chk if tht helps if it doesnt then open a browser in the add bar type 192.168.1.1 then leave the User name blank and in the password type in "admin" then go to internet connection type and select the modem either the DHCP or pppoe (requires UID and password) then save changes try browsing things should be fine or else drop an email at [email protected]/[email protected]
