What I do is jam the breathalyzer right after i use it into their noze, then pull their head down against my knee and jam it into their brain. If you get in trouble, tell them you thought he wanted the BRAIN alcohol content.

I actually checked and it was 0.78, I also have no idea how I'd get the documentation to prove that seeing as the doctors only told him his BAC verbally but I don't know, maybe it was just a fuck-up. If it is a lie than it was a lie either made by the doctors or about 3 of my friends who were there, but they didn't even make a big deal about it and they don't usually lie so I don't know what to say guys.

just call and reschedule the court date and hope they don't tell the cop of the rescheduled date most of the time they don't in my city because they do all of the certain tickets on one day and if the cop doesn't show up they cant fine you.
