Hi, i was playing my x box last night when i got a ring of light in the bottom right corner,

I turned it off and left it till the morning, then i typed my problem into M.S. website, they said disconnect all cables, so i did, but now I've turned it on again and now my offline profile has gone and so has my gamer score. It says that i need a storage device, when i already have the 60 GB. I don't use x box live.
If you have an idea on whats happening, or know where i can go to get help, please comment!!!
