we had an offer accepted on the house months ago, due to the people we are buying of moving into a new build it would never be a speedy process as there house wasnt ready till the end of may.
as of last week we were informed the solictior was requesting our money from the mortagage company with a view to exchange and complete on the 18th as in tomorrow.
however the solictior emailed us saying they were waiting for confirmation on the other partys mortagae from the legal department.
they are very hopeful that echange and completion will happen simultaneously tomorrow,
However we were informed from our solicitor last week it takes 7 days for the mortgage money to be transferred to the solictiors, so if this is the case the sellers mortgage hasnt been released as of yet.
with it been a part exchange offer on there behalf does this matter ??? could there still be a exchange and completion tomorrow ??
