supoena them will they have to? I had blogs on myspace that had songs in them. Alot of those songs are now being sang by mainstream bands. Someone hacked my account and deleted them. I asked myspace to retrieve them but their legal department said they do not retain any deleted information. Is that true? or would they be able to if I supeona them for the information or blogs?
