Myspace mobsters smartphone challenges?

So I've already unlocked the smartphone mission and got the ten smartphones and achieved silver mastery, and right now I need to do "A job for Mr. X" to get the clues about his hideout, but for some reason the mission is nowhere to be found. I think its kind of weird cuz the mission "Raid on Mr. X's Hideout" is there, but not the mission before it. Anyone know why that might be?
