Hi. When I was a kid (90s) I vaguely remember watching a few episodes of a certain Saturday morning cartoon, but I cannot remember the name now. It stood out to me because the graphics were all drawn with computer animation, or at least that is what it looked like to me at the time.

The plot of the show was about some characters (personified programs, I assume) inside a computer world whose daily job was to beat the "users" at video games, such as cannon games and racing games. The main character seemed to be a "teenage" character, who occasionally assisted a young adult in playing the games. A running joke of the series was that the characters always spoke of time in terms of nanoseconds and milliseconds, and that a full second was considered an eternity.

I recall two episodes more specifically: in one episode an evil "virus" character broke into the system hidden inside a software upgrade. In another episode, the main character attempts to speed up his ability to learn by overclocking the main system processor, with bad results.

Sadly, for all the images I can recall, I do not remember any names of characters, specific places, or anything that might narrow down the search.
