name three sophmore rookies you are disappointed with and three you are surprised at?

disappointed:

1. O.J Mayo- I thought he would be averaging 25 ppg by now but it seems he is going through a slump in his early going..

2. Michael Beasley- I thought he had a disappointing rookie season even though he made it to the all rookie 1st team...from his college hype he didn't live up to expectations he's had a little improvement this year do to more time....but I thought he should have been dominating boards and scoring 18 to 22 by now

3.Derrick Rose- He is coming off an ankle injury ...I understand that.....but his shot has not improved

Surprised:

Roy Hibbert- the 7'2 stud looks like he will be competition for dwight howard ....he's got a nice jumper, rebounds , and can play the defense

Russell Westbrook- he's one of the main reasons why the thunders are improving I think if he improves even more with Durant the thunders will get the 7th or 8th seed in the west

Brook Lopez-He's putting up good numbers too bad his team sucks

These guys have played better this season. Some of them even deserves to be drafted higher than players drafted higher than them

O.J. Mayo - he's been alright but no where near what he was expected to be. The new additions on the grizzlies have hurt his scoring and that will continue as he's only averaging 17 ppg.

Derrick Rose - he should have established himself as the best PG in the east by now but the injures have taken away his explosiveness however he has been good as of late and i expect it to continue.

Anthony Randolph - after his amazing summer league play and the potential built on from last year, he was supposed to explode and break out this season. instead he's averaging just 12 ppg and 7rpg.

Surprised

Jason Thompson - He was just supposed to be an average big man with decent point and rebounds instead he's become a double double machine and the established as the future C for the kings.

Marresse Speights - before he went down with the injury, speights was one of the early surprises of the year averaging 14 and 7 in limited playing time. he outperformed starter elton brand.

J.J. Hickson - I didnt think he would have this much of an impact just from being in the starting lineup. he's been great with points rebounds and blocks. future PF for the cavs and has made lebron happy.

Disappointed:

1. Michael Beasely- I thought he'd be much better in his rookie season or at least improve his 2nd year. So far he hasnt met expectations.

2. O.J. Mayo- He should be averaging +20ppg easily by now on a weak Grizzlies offense. Not meeting the level I thought he'd be at.

3. Derrick Rose- Should've worked on his jumper during the offseason.

Surprised:

1. Jason Thompson- I liked this kid out of college but now he's an almost sure double double for the Kings.

2. Roy Hibbert- This guy was a huge frustration in his college career against other teams and I thought he had footwork that was far better than he was doing. Now he's showing how good he can be.

3. Russell Westbrook- He is the reason why the Thunder will get a 7th/8th seed.

Yes i agree with you on Beasley but not Mayo and Rose. Beasley sucks bro, trust me i watch a lot of Heat games.
