money? And Im totally messed up? Ok, this is going to be quite long, but i really need some advice and help!
I am a half german. (my mum's german)..
i lived for a couple of years abroad, which means out of germany. I have visited a boarding school that time and i was in my teens.. 14-19yrs.
I went baq to germany when I was 19 in yr: 2009.
I stayed there for a couple of weeks and MOVED to the UK with my parents.
I applied for a NATIONAL INSURANCE card.
However, after applying I went baq home (to my dads country) and stayed there for a year or so. With my (now Husband).
Since than I keep coming and going. Like leaving the Uk and visiting my parents very often, so NOW;
Q.1) I would like to know, if I have to pay the National Insurance or if I owe them any money?!

Because i was living in wales for a while and also paid NAtional insurance tax only for 1 or 2 months and was also registered with council, but than..
-after living in Wales I moved to London and I studied for a few years in london and did not register with the council or payed National Insurance... But visited the doctor very often.. And now im confused.. I got my name removed, just after I left wales.. Which means I have paid NI and council tax for 2 or 1 months only. And as far as i know students dont have to pay council..
--after I studied, I have left the Uk and went baq to Dubai + the Uk does not count me as an international student, as Germany is in the EU, in the G8 and i get all the rights and benefits a Uk national gets.
Q.2) - And after a few months, i went to the UK And bought a property on a 10yr lease, but as the papers havent been transfered on my name yet, i am not paying NI. And everything else like taxes and stuffz are being paid by me,
but everything is being paid on 'his' name. - the prev.owners name.. I just have a paper where we all signed, infront of a lawyer.. Me, the shop owner and two wittnesses and the lawyer.
oh AND CURRENTLY I AM NOT LIVING IN THE UK, IM STILL LIVING IN DUBAI.. So what do you think I shuld do,
after reading all this?!
