Need 17" laptops (new ones) WITHOUT a cd/dvd/br?

Have a customer who (for security reasons) wants me to supply his system with laptops (17") without removable media such as CD, DVD, or BluRay. Now, I could buy Dells, remove the DVD and have a local company make a machined 'plug' for the opening, but I'd rather not. Anyone know of a vendor who offers this?
 
Maybe Lenovo can make you a special bid model. Standard laptops with the ultrabay but no DVD dive. They do have a travel bezel that would go into the ultrabay in place of the drive.
