Need a reputable breeder of chihuahua mixes?

I want to get a chihuahua mix puppy because according to the vets they live the longest. I also want to get her from a BREEDER, not a rescue, because I want to make sure her parents are health-certified so she won't have genetic issues. I am looking for a mix that looks like a mini border collie, like chions (papillon-chihuahua) or any others that have long sleek hair and come in black and white. Can anyone help? thanks!
