so confused, love stinks.

Ok so i have two really good guy friends, who both like me. One of my good friends, lets call him Friend1, asked me out and i turned him down... and well my other friend, lets call him friend2, and i started going out today and we been getting closer all of last week but i didnt want to hurt friend1. So now i am going out with friend2 and am not sure how to tell friend1. I think friend1 will be hurt and i dont want to do that, but he will see friend2 and i tomorrow and will know we are going out... How should i break it to friend1 that friend2 and i are going out?
