need an amp to run two 4 ohm 15s?

hi i have a large box with two ma audio synergy 15s.each sub is single voice coil and 4ohms each and 300 rms each.600 peak each..they each have their own terminal cup.should i get a 2 ch amp that runs 300rms x2 or a mono amp 300rms x1 and run them both to one channel? or could i use a 2 ch amp rated at 300rms in bridged mode.what do u guys think? thanks a lot!
