Need help for Blackberry Storm 9530 Verizon in Malaysia!?

i hv a blackberry 9530 bought in Indonesia..brought to Malaysia (currently staying here) i faced problem which i coulndt send mssg to anyone..i(m using malaysian number) it never delivered but sent...checked to provider and all they said there was no problem frm SIM card
my friend somehow fixed it..(he said it is a setting problem in the phone...)

few days ago i went to Thailand. everything went well in thailand..i didnt change anything and it works well untill i reached malaysia and faced the same problem !!!!i cant send a mssg agn! (calls works fine)
anyone know how to fixed it? i desperately need help :(
 
i'm facing the same problem as this. my solution is to add +6 at the front of all malaysian number you have..probably the same for other international numbers (outside malaysia)..

eg: the number is 019-876xxxx..save the number as/edit the number before you send to +6019-876xxxx (with out the '-' sign..)

but this only solves apart of it. i'm still having some sms's that isn't sent problem.
