Choose either niacin, thiamin, B12, vitamin C, B6, sodium or potassium. Describe two symptoms of a deficiency or (if applicable) toxicity of the vitamin or mineral you chose..
 
toxicity> too much of any vitamin is not healthy. elaborate from there
vitamin c humans cannot produce themselves so need. but too much to prevent cold actually not good.
in genereal too much of anything is no good including water
