Need help getting music from iTouch to Windows computer?

I used my sister's computer to download music not from the iTunes stores but from Real Player. She deleted everything off her computer (wiping out computer?) and i got a laptop so i can use mine now. i already tried going on iTunes and transferring my purchases, but it only transferred my apps because i guess i didn't really "purchase" the music instead i downloaded it. I also don't want to re-download everything from real player because it would take a very long time (200+ songs). Please give detailed instructions for i am bad at these things >.< i already have the latest update of iTunes. Thanks for the help
