I'm taking a test thats 3 hours long every morning for the next week, and i always have to pee, like every hour its ridiculous. Ive gone to doctors and theyre stumped. theres no bathroom breaks during the test and i usually have to go in the morning the most. idk why. what are some ways to make me not have to pee so much so i dont feel like im bursting during this test ( the urge is always bad even if i dont have to go tht badly ) which makes me not concentrate
